HOW TO BOOK.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for high season, by sending a letter or telephoning +39 0758400100 Fax +39 0758400409. On confirmation of booking, you will be asked for payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for your stay.

PAYMENT.
The full balance must be paid at the end of the stay when the keys are returned.

CANCELLATIONS.
In the event of an early departure, the customer is responsible for payment for the entire period of the stay, as agreed in the booking letter. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.

HANDING BACK.
The accommodation must be vacated, in the same condition in which it was found, good order by 11 am.
